I'd assume it does. If it does, I do know that you will get King of Cards when it comes out, but not Shovel Knight Showdown, because it's a local-only multiplayer game and therefore not intended for 3ds. Showdown does, however, come as free DLC for all Treasure Trove copies not on handheld systems at the same time King of Cards releases.
